Pregnancy, birth, and "mom life" changed the way my body looked + felt.

I’ve been a strength coach for 20 years. But after the birth of my second daughter I couldn’t bend over—let alone swing or clean a kettlebell. And squatting felt like shit, too.

I was forced to change the way I viewed the human body and the way I coached women. It opened my eyes to different training methods.

Fast forward through years of pelvic floor PT, hundreds of hours of courses, dozens of 1-1 sessions with experts from different backgrounds and knowledge. I finally started to put the pieces together.

As a result of these experiences I was able to create a system of my own. My clients learn to connect with their bodies and strength train with mindfulness and intention for lasting change.
