My ASS + ABS 30 Day Challenge is a daily 6 minute practice that takes you through specific exercises to wake up your abs + glutes and get them firing 

In order to complete the ASS + ABS Challenge, you will need access to the following equipment:

  • A yoga block 
  • Foam roller
  • A door handle / TRX
  • A rolled up yoga mat/ wedge
  • A bench (a sturdy step, stair, chair, coffee table, or edge of a couch works well too)
  • Some wall space
