You can click here to visit your account settings, or follow the instructions below:
- Log in to your Move My Body account.
- Click on the circle at the top-right-hand side of the page
- Click on Settings from the dropdown.
- Click on Billing Info at the top right of the page
- You can cancel your Active Subscriptions and modify your Billing Info on this page.
You'll keep access to your membership until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you want to pause, you'll need to cancel and then re-start your membership once you're ready.
If you don't have a Billing Info section in your account, it means your billing is handled by the old portal. Contact Stacey and Justine to update your information.
