Fast Fitness is a 4-week program that gets you lifting weights 3x a week for 30 minutes each session.

 Fast Fitness includes a 4-week progressive program plus detailed instructions (with examples!) to create your own effective + efficient workouts.

I’ve done all of the leg work for you, you just have to follow the program. Effective, science-based workouts, alongside my favorite recovery drills (think back body expansion, pelvic floor releases/ glute length) so you can finally strike a balance between work and recovery.

You have lifetime access! Repeat the program as often as you'd like, or start designing your own Fast Fitness workout based on how much time + equipment you have.

The purpose of FAST FITNESS is to give you a plan that will help you safely, effectively, and efficiently get back into a consistent routine without ever having to leave your house. When you are strapped for time, I prefer to use weight-based intervals in order to build + maintain strength and precious muscle while simultaneously getting my “cardio” in.

Believe me when I say you don’t need the “perfect program”—BUT I do believe that you will be more successful when you have a structured plan in place for your workouts. You need to start small and nail down the basics with great form. Less time thinking about “what you’re in the mood to do” and just doing it!
