These workouts are extremely beneficial for both women in perimenopause and menopause.

Meet Stacey Schaedler

I have spent 20 years in the fitness industry and the last 12 running my own business, Stacey Schaedler Strength.

I’ve trained thousands of women, many of whom are mothers and entering midlife. Going through my own pregnancies, I was told my body would just “bounce back” postpartum. That didn’t happen and I have learned SO MUCH as a result. The same thing goes for navigating perimenopause/menopause.

I want to be your advocate and share my knowledge. I will always be the one who is comfortable talking about the taboo/unpleasant aspects of being a woman. I want to point you in the right direction when you need help, assure you IT IS NOT ALL IN YOUR HEAD, open your eyes to new possibilities, and introduce you to a simpler way to live.

I have helped thousands of women achieve their fitness and health goals. My focus is strength training with a strong emphasis on breathing and position. This—paired with informed nutritional education for women in midlife—creates the foundation for my client’s success.
