My Progress Not Perfection approach is the balance between work + recovery. It’s about slowing down enough to listen to your body, not continuing to fight it.

 

Here is what I recommend:

  • Prepare to Eat dat protein! .8g X bodyweight
  • Real Food 80% of the time and treats 20% of the time
  • Outside time daily, lots of walking + movement (10minutes is better than no minutes)
  • Gratitude. Grateful for what you have while working toward what you want.
  • Realistic Expectations (results take longer than YOU want them to)
  • Everything you do, you must undo
  • Smart Strength Training 3 days a week (total body)
  • Sleep like your life depends on it đź’¤
      

The bottom line here is, you don’t have to be perfect. And you don’t have to be all or nothing!

How the Challenge Works

  • You'll track your food in an app of your choice. Tracking creates awareness!
  • Expect to watch the Macros + Metrics Masterclass (a 39-minute pre-recorded video, and you can watch it on 2x speed)
  • Calculate your custom target numbers (calories, protein) using provided worksheets.
  • Check your email every day for your to-do list: most activities will take 10-15mins per day.
  • Spend time creating your meal plan, grocery shopping, and preparing for the week ahead.
