Meet Stacey Schaedler

I have spent 22 years in the fitness industry and the last 14 running my own business, Stacey Schaedler Strength.
Iâve trained thousands of women, many of whom are mothers and entering midlife. Going through my own pregnancies, I was told my body would just âbounce backâ postpartum. That didnât happen and I have learned SO MUCH as a result. The same thing goes for navigating perimenopause/menopause.
I want to be your advocate and share my knowledge. I will always be the one who is comfortable talking about the taboo/unpleasant aspects of being a woman. I want to point you in the right direction when you need help, assure you IT IS NOT ALL IN YOUR HEAD, open your eyes to new possibilities, and introduce you to a simpler way to live.
I have helped thousands of women achieve their fitness and health goals. My focus is strength training with a strong emphasis on breathing and position. Thisâpaired with informed nutritional education for women in midlifeâcreates the foundation for my clientâs success.
Not only do my clients learn to move properly, gain strength, and eliminate pain, they learn to listen to their bodies.
I am an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, hold my Russian Kettlebell Certification, and am also a Registered Yoga Teacher through the National Yoga Alliance.
I have completed Sarah Duvallâs Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Training and am a part of Katie St Clairâs Empowered Performance Academy.
