You're not broken. You're not a beginner. And you're not done lifting.
Strong AF Foundation is the 8-week system that gets you out of pain and back to lifting heavy — without starting over.
Fall cohort starts September 14th.
If you've ever struggled with things like:
- Low back pain (especially SI joint discomfort)
- Leaking during exercise or jumping
- Feeling like you have a weak core (even though you're working on it)
- Glutes that won't seem to activate
- Left/right side imbalances that make you feel off
- Tight hips, hamstrings, or feet that limit movement
- Hypermobility or unstable joints
- Constantly tweaking your squat or deadlift but still feeling stuck...
...then it's not just about doing more workouts. It's about doing them in a way that actually works for your body.
What makes Strong AF Foundation different?
You've probably been told you have "weak glutes." Or handed a stack of corrective drills and sent on your way. This isn't that.
- This 8-week program looks at your whole body, not just the symptoms you're experiencing. You get a real, root-cause answer instead of a generic protocol. And once we find what's actually going on, you get back to training. You won't be stuck doing single-leg glute bridges for the rest of your life.
- Maybe you've trained for years. Maybe you're a trainer yourself. The problem isn't that you stopped doing the work; it's that pain is getting in the way. You'll get a real assessment, a clear picture of what's happening, and a plan built around your body instead of a generic list of glute drills.
It's not just about what you do—it's about how you do it.
- Feel your ribs expand 360° and your deep core switch on before you even move, so bracing becomes automatic, not something you have to think about.
- Stop chasing the pain and look at your body as a whole. Joints act and muscles react. When you change one part, everything else shifts.
- Rebuild squats, lunges, and deadlifts one piece at a time using foot pressure, hip shift, and ribcage position—until the full lift finally clicks and feels good in your body.
- Get cued in real time so you feel what's happening in your own body, and learn to work with it, not against it.
This program is built in progressive phases over 8 weeks, not random exercises thrown together.
We start by tapping into your breath and releasing the tension that's blocking good movement.Â
Then we rebuild a stable base at your feet and hips, layer in real strength,
and finish by putting it all together in the lifts that matter — nailing your squats and hinges.
Each phase sets up the next, so by week 8 you're not just stronger in isolation, you're moving better as a whole system.
Whether you're coming back from an injury, dealing with old movement patterns, or just want to lift with more confidence... this is the foundational reset your body needs.

A Smarter Approach to Strength
Most personal training sessions cost $225/hour—and one session a week won't cut it.
That's why Strong AF Foundation gives you 8 weeks of accountability and support at a fraction of the cost.
This is the program that will finally help you get out of pain, build strength, and move the way you were meant to.
Here's what one week actually looks like:
- Every Monday, you get an email breaking down that week's pillar — what we're working on and why it matters.
- Workout 1 is a live recorded session with me and a small group of real women, 60 minutes, designed to be done at home utilizing limited equipment (listed at the bottom of this page under FAQ section). This is where you feel that week's pillar in your own body — not just read about it — and see exactly how I build these foundations into the programming, in real time.
- Workouts 2 and 3 are 30 minutes each, also done at home with the same simple equipment — just click and go.
- Friday, we meet live on Zoom for Form Friday where we dig into your questions on the week's pillar and move together, with eyes on your form.
- All week, you can drop questions in our private Facebook group or submit them directly, and I'm right there with you.
- If something needs a closer look, discounted 1-1 sessions are there to go deeper.
What people are saying about Strong AF Foundation
Though we have never met IRL, Jessica proves that when you do the work, my approach works.Â
Jessica followed the steps in the process, took her posture photos, and showed up for her assessment.Â
In her first hinge, she’s so compressed through her posterior pelvis. She moves through her lumbar spine in order to deadlift. There’s absolutely no glue length here at all.Â
👉 Fast forward to months of consistently doing the work... CHECK OUT that hinge!!!! 🔥
Jessica doubled her weight, her sacrum is nutating, her glutes are lengthening. She’s getting over her mid foot. She’s sore in her glutes again and I’m just so proud of her 💛
Nothing about her journey was perfect but she was as consistent as a busy mom of 3 who works as a nurse, going through a kitchen renovation and a new puppy đź’Ą
Emily is exactly who this program is built for — experienced, curious, and ready to actually understand her body.
In her words:
"I learn SO much every single week about the details that make a big difference. My right pelvis/hip is often in external rotation, pushed forward and over toward my left side. I knew there was something going on with my foot — but just trying the calcaneus rocks in the warm-up showed me how much my foot caving in at the arch was driving the whole pelvic and hip rotation. LIGHT BULB."Â
That's the whole thing right there: your foot can drive your hip. Once you see the chain, everything changes. And Emily's now working her way back to running — even with prolapse. 💛 Go get it, Em.

Meet Stacey Schaedler
Hi, I'm Stacey.
I've spent 24 years in the fitness industry, and the last 14 running my own business, Stacey Schaedler Strength.
I've had two kids of my own, and I was told my body would just "bounce back" postpartum. It didn't — and that sent me down a years-long path of relearning how to move, rebuild, and actually feel strong again in a body that had changed.
That's the same path I've since guided thousands of women through — many of them moms, many of them navigating perimenopause or menopause for the first time, all of them wondering if "back to normal" was even possible.
It's not about bouncing back. It's about building forward — with a system that actually accounts for pregnancies, old injuries, hypermobility, and everything else your body's carrying.
I'm not here to hand you another generic program. I'm here to be the person who tells you the truth about your body, answers the questions you're embarrassed to ask, and shows you exactly what's missing.
You don't need to start over. You need a system built for the body you actually have — and that's exactly what Strong AF Foundation is.
